  • What is Qigong?

  • Qigong is a type of ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement techniques.

  • What is the difference between Tai Chi and Qigong?

  • Qigong movement is easier to learn than tai chi in that it does not require as much memorization. The ease of Qigong allows you to focus on feeling and building the internal energy of the body.

  • I am new to the practice- Will it be too hard for me?

  • The classes are for all levels and can be practiced standing or sitting. Modifications are provided throughout, and as always, listen to your body and you can skip a movement if needed.
