In each session you will receive a focus to keep during the week so you will be inspired in your practice and reap the benefits all week long.

Community

There is power in practicing with others Although we will meet online you will feel the energy of the group and the power of a community.  In addition to our weekly practice times, free monthly meetups will be offered as a chance to get to check in and deepen connections.

Linda Burquez

Linda Burquez

Instructor Linda Burquez is a doctor of Chinese Medical Qigong Therapy (DMQ China). She has been practicing and teaching energy medicine and movement since 1995. Linda believes that the pathway to harmony is a joyous connection to our body and to find practices that support that feeling.

With Chinese Medicine as a foundation, her training is also energized by her experience as a Pilates & strength trainer, Polarity & massage therapist, Nia black belt, & Tai Chi Easy instructor.

For the first time Linda is bringing her training online which is infused with her depth of experience: certified hundreds in Qigong teacher training programs, led retreats, created a thriving studio and recently circled the globe lecturing and sharing self-healing practices as Visiting Practitioner for LivNordic Spa on Viking Cruise and Six Senses Resorts.
