Celebrate Summer with Intention, Energy and Movement!

We will practice Qigong and Elemental movement to gather and circulate the energy of the moon, the earth and the sky. This energy can be used to energize your intentions, build physical and emotional strength, align with your true desires and culivate peace and tranquility. All levels welcome!

We meet in the wellness studio from 3:30-4:30pm. You’re free to come early or stay late and enjoy a soak in the geothermal mineral pools.
$75 ~ Fee includes day use of Spa Solage 8am-8pm.‬
