Hope you will join me at the beautiful Spa Solage to invigorate and celebrate our bodies at year’s end.

11:30am – 12:30pm
Move, stretch and strengthen your body with an energizing Pilates Fusion session. Linda will blend simple dance, yoga, pilates and martial arts. All levels are welcome!

12:30 – 4:00
Free time to lounge by the pool, bathe in the geothermal waters, enjoy the eucalyptus fragrant steam rooms, book a spa treatment, or relax with a poolside lunch.

4:00- 5:00
We will complete the day with Inner Radiance Qigong. This dynamic, flowing set of exercises is rooted in classical Chinese medicine, integrates body, spirit and mind and nourishes all levels of one’s being.

Spa is open until 8 am – 8 pm so you are welcome to come early or stay late.
