Nourish your spirit and warm the heart with a dynamic Qigong practice and the day at Spa Solage!

You are welcome to check in at Spa Solage anytime after 8 am for a soak in the warm geothermal springs or a cleansing eucalyptus steam from the hot springs.

Qigong begins at 12:30 with a practice designed to illuminate your inner fire and uplift your spirit.

The afternoon is open to lounge by the pool, bathe in the geothermal waters, relax in the steam rooms or you can book a spa treatment, or enjoy a poolside lunch.
