Private Pilates Equipment Training

All private pilates sessions take place at the Calistoga Fit Studio which features pilates reformer and box, spring wall, TRX suspension and a spine corrector barrel. Pilates offers core and whole body conditioning which improves posture, produces long, lean muscles while building strength. Each session will be designed specifically for your bodies needs.

You will receive postural assessment and practice on specialized pilates equipment that is designed to support correct alignment and function. Linda’s sessions are energized by her many years of  training in movement, bodywork and energetics.

Small Group Training

Perfect for those wanting high level training and feedback in a group setting.  Small Groups are limited to 5 people by appointment
