Qigong (chi kung) combines, easy-to-learn movements with breath and conscious intention. This dynamic class is rooted in Chinese Medical Qigong and you will learn specific exercises to cleanse, energize and balance the meridians, internal organs and whole body.
Qigong Movement Session:
You will learn to regulate your own energy(qi). Learn exercises that are rooted in classical chinese medicine. These Self healing movements are deeply calming, grounding, and centering. Trainings are taught in 2-6 hour days depending on the depth of training desired and can be designed for individual needs and special interests as well as individual and small group training.
Qigong Table Sessions:
Qigong Therapy is a method of healing and a unique approach to wellness that has been perfected and practiced for thousands of years. It embraces the fundamental inter-relationship of body, mind, spirit, emotions and energy, and is part of the family of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong Therapy professionals employ the same energy channels used by acupuncturists, only without needles and help clients heal by re-balancing energy channels of the body that may have been adversely affected by disease, injury, stress, mental, emotional or spiritual trauma. Sessions are experienced clothed on a massage table.

Medical Qigong Training
The following trainings can be taught in 2-6 hour days depending on the depth of training desired. Trainings can be designed for individual needs and special interests as well as individual and small group training. Based on programs from the International College of Medical Qigong.
Medical Qigong Workshop:
This 2-3 hour workshop will give participants a basic understanding of Medical Qigong exercises. You will experience exercises to cleanse and energize the organ and meridian systems of the body. You will learn energetic anatomy, experience healing sounds, the golden ball exercise and a protection meditation.
Qigong for Women’s Health
Qigong is very effective in bringing balance to a woman’s body. Learn exercises that are specific for breast health , menstrual issues, and reproductive health.
Qigong for Health Care Practitioners
This workshop is for massage therapists, nurses, therapists and those working intimately with others so that they can avoid depletion and maintain wellbeing. You will learn medical qigong exercises designed specifically for energetic grounding, protection and cleansing.
Qigong for Breast Health:
Learn exercises specific for breast health from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These energy exercises can be used to clear congestion and as a regular preventive practice.
Qigong for Stabilizing and Balancing Emotions
This workshop will give you tools to cultivate tranquility and peace of mind in difficult times. Qigong exercises cleanse, on a cellular level, the held emotions that deplete the body and build the emotions that support presence and enjoyment of life.
The Five Healing Lights & Sounds
This workshop focuses on the use of breath, sound and light to cleanse, energize and balance the yin organs.
Qigong for Menopause
Menopause is an important transition in a woman’s life and body. The change can sometimes bring menopausal symptoms: hot flashes, sweating, insomnia, and anxiety. These can be improved by building energy and moving stagnation. Learn a short daily practice that is nourishing to body and spirit.
Introduction to Inner Radiance Qigong
This 2-3-hour workshop gives participants an experience of feeling Qi(energy) in their body and connecting to their Inner Radiance. We will play energy games and practice the 9 posture set and meditation that was developed by Dr. Bernard Shannon.
